NoCoast Beer Co. in the United States seeks a Sales Representative/Cellar Operator to drive brand representation and partner development.

The role encompasses event planning, relationship management with customers, retailers, and distributors, and ongoing promotion of the NoCoast brand. Ideal candidates excel in communication, marketing, and the craft beverage industry, with brewery experience preferred but not required; training is available.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of craft beer culture, styles, brewing processes, and regulations; willing to obtain needed certifications.

Skilled at promoting brands with creativity, professionalism, and enthusiasm while building strong partnerships with customers, retailers, distributors, and key accounts. Experienced in planning and executing events from concept through follow-up, deploying branded marketing elements consistently, and driving sales growth to meet marketplace goals. Knowledgeable in craft beer culture, beer styles, brewing processes, and industry regulations, with the ability to quickly obtain required certifications and adapt to fast-paced environments. Strong communication, marketing, and business relationship skills supported by a passion for the craft beverage industry.

Requirements:

Candidates must be dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while demonstrating strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset. Brewery experience preferred but not required; however, the company is willing to train the right candidate. Applicants should also be proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required, and candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
