NoCoast Beer Co. is seeking a Sales Representative/Cellar Operator to join our team in promoting our craft beers with enthusiasm and professionalism. This role focuses on brand representation, building relationships with retailers and customers, and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, able to work independently, and ready to coordinate events, deploy marketing elements, and support brewery operations. Training is available, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Dependable, self-motivated, capable of working independently with strong communication and results-driven mindset.
• Brewery experience preferred but not required; training available.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint; valid driver’s license and 21+ years of age.

Skilled at promoting brands with creativity, professionalism, and enthusiasm while building strong partnerships with customers, retailers, distributors, and key accounts. Experienced in planning and executing events from concept through follow-up, deploying branded marketing elements consistently, and driving sales growth to meet marketplace goals. Knowledgeable in craft beer culture, beer styles, brewing processes, and industry regulations, with the ability to quickly obtain required certifications and adapt to fast-paced environments. Strong communication, marketing, and business relationship skills supported by a passion for the craft beverage industry.

Requirements:

Candidates must be dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while demonstrating strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset. Brewery experience preferred but not required; however, the company is willing to train the right candidate. Applicants should also be proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required, and candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
