Primary Responsibilities

Focusongrowingandmaintainingexistingbusiness-to-businessaccountsbydirectlysellinginsuranceproductsandservicestopublicschooldistricts.Consultwithcurrentcustomerstoprovidevalueandmeetfinancialneeds.Buildstrongrelationshipswithcustomersandassociationexecutives.Developcustomizedneeds-basedemployeebenefitspackagesthroughannualbenefitenrollments,grouppresentations,andnewaccountdevelopmentopportunities.

DefinedTerritory–EachAccountRepresentativeisassignedaterritorytomanageanddevelopnewaccounts. OvernightTravelisRequired.Mustresideinthespecificterritory.

ExtendedTrainingProgram—AccountRepresentativesparticipateinastructured,comprehensivetrainingprogramthatincludeson-the-jobtrainingwithintheirterritory,product&salesschools,andonlinetraining.
