Job description

GST Robotic Mowers, a Florida based company is seeking a motivated and independent Sales Representative to join our growing team. The Sales Rep will be responsible for outside sales of Husqvarna commercial robotic mowers to municipal, public, and private golf courses and athletic fields throughout Central and North Florida (Orlando Area).

This role demands proactive lead generation, customer relationship building, and consultative selling to meet client needs. You will report directly to the VP of GST Robotic Mowers and collaborate closely with our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve or exceed annual sales quota.
  • Generate new leads and qualify prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and event networking.
  • Set up, perform, and manage product demonstrations at client locations.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers in target markets.
  • Create and deliver customized sales presentations focusing on client needs.
  • Develop quotes, proposals, and installation plans for potential customers.
  • Attend and network at GSCAA and STMA field events.
  • Stay current with industry trends and continuously improve product knowledge.
  • Document all customer interactions in HubSpot CRM.
  • Maintain an organized Outlook calendar with demos, meetings, and travel schedules.
  • Lead weekly sales recap calls with the VP and President.
  • Collaborate with technicians to understand mower setup, operation, and service needs.
  • Maintain follow-up communication with customers after sales to foster long-term relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred (Turfgrass Management, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields).
  • Successful sales experience, ideally in golf course management, turf care, landscaping, or sports turf industries.
  • Relevant sales experience may offset educational requirements
  • Must possess a valid Florida driver's license.
  • Proven lead generation and sales skills.
  • Strong cold-calling, prospecting, and networking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and live presentation skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, HubSpot CRM, and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Consultative selling experience, with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Ability to lift robotic mowers (31 lbs.) and set up field demonstrations.

*Candidates who may not have sales experience, but have experience in the golf course maintenance or sports turf industry are encouraged to apply*
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $75,000 + Commission
