Job Description

Title: Sales Representative - Atlanta/Macon, GA

FLSA Classification: Exempt

Department: Sales

Reports to: Depending on leadership layers in the Sales Rep. footprint, they will report to Region Sales Director, Region Manager, or Distributor Manager.

Salary: $55,000-60,000 + bonus

Date: 5/2025

Job Summary

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and execution of BeatBox Party Punch with distributor partners through targeted accounts in the assigned markets. This includes executing all National/Regional/Local Chain Programming, along with their Independent account base.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Ride-alongs with distributors to support sales and ensure proper brand storytelling.
  • Adherence to CRM platform for all in-market store visits, achieving monthly (160), quarterly (480), and annual goals (1,760), including sales, distribution, displays, and shelf space.
  • Visit an average of 40 accounts per week or a minimum of 160 accounts monthly from the targeted list.
  • Maintain a balance between Chain (60%) and Independent (40%) accounts from April to September, switching to 50/50 from October to March.
  • Provide daily/weekly recaps to distributors and regional managers/directors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor, retail, and chain accounts.
  • Drive distribution, display execution, and merchandising standards.
  • Execute retail chain programming.
  • Conduct pricing surveys and report findings to regional leadership.
  • Identify local event opportunities for product sampling, activations, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support activations and blitzes.
  • Develop relationships with on-premise and off-premise managers and distributor sales/marketing teams.
Required Skills/Abilities
  • Residence within the primary assigned sales territory.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed in a hyper-growth environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new software.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience with distributors or suppliers preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged sitting and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
