This is an in-the-field, business-to-business sales position. You'll work directly with business decision-makers to develop customized supplemental insurance solutions that meet their unique needs. As a Sales Representative and Trainer, you'll balance achieving personal sales goals with coaching and developing others to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

• Drive new business growth by promoting supplemental insurance solutions directly in the field, going business to business.
