The Sales Representative, Addiction Medicine & Outpatient Therapy will lead growth in the addiction medicine and outpatient therapy channel.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close for outpatient therapy clinics and addiction recovery providers
• Proactively prospect and build your own pipeline, using Keepr’s target list as a starting point, while also handling inbound interest from therapy owners and program managers
• Position Keepr as a compliance and outcomes-focused solution for accountability in recovery and clinical care
• Represent Keepr at national and regional conferences and industry events
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activity tracking, and forecasting using Zoho CRM
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly device sales goals
  
  

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales — ideally in behavioral health, addiction recovery, digital health, or SaaS for healthcare
• Strong understanding of outpatient therapy and/or recovery center operations
• Comfortable with outbound sales, managing a high volume of activity, and closing consultative deals
• Driven, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent communicator with a bias for action
