Job description

Job Description:

• Manage and grow existing and future accounts to meet or exceed sales objectives.

• Develop a territory plan considering:

  • a) Customer segmentation based on current and potential customers and competitive dynamics;
  • b) Targeting potential customers, especially new and competing accounts;
  • c) Efficient time distribution.

• Build productive, trust-based customer relationships, acting as a business partner to develop medium and long-term plans aligned with customer needs.

• Organize and lead sales activities, such as meetings, to increase penetration and expand within assigned clients and acquire new accounts.

• Implement marketing and T&E activities as per the plan to drive growth and ensure high ROI; identify and onboard potential professional education customers willing to grow with Nobel Biocare (future ambassadors, T&E partners, speakers, etc.).

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of:

  • a) Nobel Biocare value propositions and country-specific offerings;
  • b) Company products and solutions;
  • c) Current and potential clients, and the competitive landscape, communicating insights to the Regional Sales Manager.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer-focused solutions and ensure effective implementation.

• Manage the entire process from initial customer contact to invoice payment.

• Use CRM tools diligently for reporting appointments, creating opportunities, developing account plans for key customers, and managing leads.

• Ensure data quality and accuracy in CRM; provide monthly and weekly forecasts critical for territory and company management.

• Follow policies related to stock management, online returns, warranty cases, and use of NobelSwift.

• Willing to travel approximately 80% locally and internationally for events and congresses, including occasional weekend work.

Job Requirements:

Critical Knowledge and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Alternatively, a technical degree (e.g., dental technician) with additional commercial qualifications.

Critical Skills/Technical Know-How:

  • Deep knowledge of company products and solutions;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively;
  • Passion for executing sales activities;
  • Strong customer responsiveness;
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and problems;
  • Share best practices and ensure knowledge transfer within the team;
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and approaches;
  • Valid driver’s license (for travel);
  • Fluency in the local language and valuable English skills.

Critical Experience:

  • Over 3 years of relevant sales experience in the health sector, preferably in dental or medical devices or consumables, with experience in an international environment preferred;
  • Proven sales track record.
