Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the restaurant technology space, and is passionate about helping restaurant brands thrive through innovative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and close enterprise-level opportunities with restaurant chains and groups.
  • Own the full sales cycle—from outreach and demos to negotiation and closing.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers including CMOs, CTOs, and franchise owners.
  • Understand customer pain points and tailor Signal Flare AI’s solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Accurately forecast and report sales activity in the CRM.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the SignalFlare.ai brand and generate leads.

Qualifications

  • 3-7 years' experience in enterprise or mid-market sales, with a strong preference for candidates from the restaurant tech or broader SaaS space.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales quotas and close high-value deals.
  • Deep understanding of the restaurant industry and its operational challenges.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Nice to have:·

  • Existing relationships with decision-makers in the restaurant industry.
  • Experience selling AI, data, or marketing technology platforms.
  • Familiarity with restaurant POS, loyalty, or ordering systems.

What we offer: $60,000-75,000 base salary plus competitive commission structure
