Soardogg Apparel is expanding its nationwide sales team and seeks a Sales Representative to identify potential clients and build lasting relationships for custom apparel and merchandise solutions.

You will work remotely from anywhere in the United States, earning commissions based on merchandise shop packages and bulk orders. Prior sales experience is a plus but not required, with strong communication and persistence valued.

• Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with management to ensure client needs are understood.

Position Overview

As a Soardogg Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing business relationships, and helping organizations find the right custom apparel and merchandise solutions.

This is a commission-based opportunity with flexibility to build your own client network and grow your earnings based on your sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients, including esports organizations, gaming teams, schools, colleges, businesses, and sports programs.
• Introduce prospective clients to Soardogg's apparel, merchandise, and partnership opportunities.
• Generate new sales leads through social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Explain available merchandise packages, custom apparel options, and bulk ordering opportunities.
• Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with Soardogg management to ensure customer needs and expectations are communicated clearly.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain long-term business relationships.

Commission Structure

Soardogg offers a performance-based commission structure:

20% Commission – Merchandise Shop Packages

Earn 20% commission on qualifying merchandise shop package sales, with packages ranging from $75 to $500.

10% Commission – Bulk Apparel Orders

Earn 10% commission on qualifying bulk apparel orders, subject to adjustments for heavily discounted orders.

Schools & Colleges

We offer free merchandise shop setup opportunities for qualifying schools and colleges. Sales representatives can earn commissions on the first qualifying bulk order.

There is no stated earnings cap. Actual earnings depend on sales performance and qualifying orders.
