Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a commission-only position, ideal for individuals with strong sales experience in hospitality, RAAS (Robotics-as-a-Service), or related fields. You will play a key role in expanding our client base nationwide by presenting and selling our AI-powered service robots to new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

- Present and sell Caddy Robotics' service robots to new and existing clients

- Prospect and follow up with leads using company-provided tools and resources

- Schedule and coordinate client meetings; maintain detailed contact records

- Meet monthly and annual sales goals

- Customize and apply marketing strategies to meet client needs

- Analyze past sales successes and challenges to optimize future performance

- Regularly evaluate progress and adjust sales tactics as needed

Requirements

- Proven sales experience in hospitality equipment, RAAS, or related industries

- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

- Effective written and verbal communication

- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven

- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

- Tech-savvy and capable of learning new tools and applications quickly

- Job Type: Part-time (with potential to transition to full-time after 3 months)

- Location: Fully remote

- Compensation: Commission only (no base salary, no benefits)

- Schedule: Flexible hours
