Southern Roofing and Renovations is hiring a results-driven Sales Representative in Tupelo, MS. You will canvass neighborhoods, engage homeowners, and promote roofing, remodeling, and restoration services while working independently to grow commissions.

Expect performance-based earnings: Year 1 $70k-$100k, Year 2 $100k+. We provide a vehicle stipend, gear, and a comprehensive benefits package to support your success and growth within the company.

Formación

• 18+ years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
• Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
• Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed

Responsabilidades

• Canvass neighborhoods and engage homeowners to generate interest in our roofing, remodeling and restoration services.
• Work independently with strong time-management and problem-solving abilities.
• Interact with homeowners to assess remodeling needs, perform roof inspections, explain services, and encourage bookings; track progress to improve close rates.

If you are motivated by performance-based earnings, this role offers significant income growth. Average Year 1 earnings range between $70,000-$100,000. Average Year 2 earnings of $100,000+/year. Your earnings grow directly with your sales. Higher performance means higher income.

YOUR DAY

As our Sales Representative, you'll spend your days canvassing different neighborhoods around the area, engaging with potential customers, and increasing interest in our high-quality roofing, remodeling, and restoration services. You'll work independently, so time management skills and problem-solving abilities are a must.

Always polite and professional, you'll engage with homeowners, learn about their remodeling needs, and perform roof inspections to get a firsthand look at their situation. You'll explain to customers what we can do for them and encourage them to book a service. As you make sales, you'll track your progress and adjust strategies as needed to close more deals!

YOUR HOURS

You'll work Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Additional hours as needed.
