Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role located in Tulsa, OK. The Sales Representative will guide prospective buyers through the home selection and purchase process, including greeting customers, assessing housing needs, presenting floor plans and features, and conducting model home tours. The role includes preparing quotes, explaining financing and insurance options, and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales and closing process. The Sales Representative will manage leads, follow up with prospects, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and support local marketing efforts such as events, promotions, and outreach. The position requires consistent in-person customer interaction, collaboration with store leadership, and a focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals while delivering a positive buying experience.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer relationship skills, including consultative selling, lead follow-up, and closing abilities.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information (pricing, financing, insurance) clearly and respectfully.
• Basic business, math, and computer skills, including comfort with CRM systems and standard office software.
• Ability to work on-site with a flexible schedule, including weekends and some evenings as needed.
• Prior experience in retail sales, housing, real estate, manufactured homes, or related industries is beneficial.
