Job summary

Afni is hiring at its Tucson facility to start your career on-site. The role offers a base hourly rate plus commission, with a starting pay of $17.00 per hour (includes $16.50 base and $0.50 on-site differential) and unlimited commission potential.

You will handle wireless sales via inbound calls from businesses, provide world-class customer service, process orders, update accounts, and look for upsell opportunities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Six months of sales experience.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• GED or High School Diploma required.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.

What can you expect from your work at Afni?

This position is for wireless sales, so you will be handling mainly inbound calls from people looking to purchase wireless devices and services for businesses. Upselling may be involved in this position.

What do we expect from you as part of this team?

You will deliver world-class customer service to inbound callers as well as utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and solve customer concerns with both empathy and efficiency. Those calls will require processing of orders, updating accounts, updating records, effective multitasking, and strong attention to detail.
