Job Description
Attend tax associate training sessions and office meetings
Be able to utilize tax software to produce taxes (training will be provided)
Prepare federal and state income tax returns
Collect accurate client data
Provide taxpayer client service and quality control
Review financial records, such as prior tax return forms, income statements, and documentation of expenditures to determine necessary forms for the return
Interview clients to obtain additional information on taxable income and deductible expenses
Process tax documents and obtain all necessary client signatures
Learn and adhere to all company policies and procedures (see P&P Manual)
Utilize CRM to update client information and notes
Manage inbound calls and produce the set daily goal of prepared taxes
