You will help educate union members on the benefits they are entitled to and ensure their satisfaction with our offerings.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Initiate and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand and advocate the benefits and services provided by IronCladPlus.
  • Deliver presentations and sessions to union members about their benefit options.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with utmost professionalism.
  • Regularly update CRM systems with client interactions, issues, and transactions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Stay informed about changes in benefits and service provisions.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement outreach strategies.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge base.
Requirements
  • Must reside in California.
  • Able to pass state required background check.
  • Fluent in English; bilingual abilities in Spanish is a plus.
  • Reliable form of transportation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrates self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • No previous experience necessary; however, previous customer service or sales experience is beneficial.
  • High school diploma required; higher education or certifications in sales, marketing, or related fields preferred.
