Arch Events is hiring a Sales Representative to join our team in the heart of Saint Louis. If you'd like the chance to make your mark in sales, come build your future with Arch Events. As a Sales Representative you will serve as a key customer contact and consultant for our Charter campaign throughout the greater Saint Louis area.

What You'll Do:

• Establish working knowledge of Charter services
• Process quotes and sales transactions
• Enroll new accounts
• Establish new sales accounts by serving customers
• Educate customers about the options that best meet their needs
• Run reports necessary to facilitate smooth operations
• Coordinate with team members to ensure sales campaign efficacy
• Other duties as assigned
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and projects
• Knowledge of marketing campaigns, live events, and brand activations is a plus
• High level of motivation and a results-driven mindset
• Experience in sales or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is advantageous
