Responsibilities include establishing rapport with prospective and current owners, articulating the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure, demonstrating a positive attitude, and conducting face-to-face presentations at our state-of-the-art sales centers located at our resorts. Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques. Leads are prequalified and provided by the company. Attend ongoing, advanced sales, and career training.
Key responsibilities:
Travel Requirements: No travel outside of the home site’s area.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications: 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred but not required. Must maintain production standards. Must have or be able to obtain applicable real estate and/or timeshare licenses.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Training: Initial paid training covering sales process, product knowledge, and psychology of sales.
Knowledge and Skills: Ability to overcome objections, perform within a short, luxury sales cycle, energetic, outgoing, and tenacious.
Technical Skills: 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred, not required. Experience equivalent to education may be accepted.
