Job summary

BW is seeking a dedicated Dental Sales Representative to join our San Antonio team. This full-time role requires direct engagement with dental professionals, building relationships, and delivering solutions that enhance practice and patient care.

Compensation includes a base salary of 80K-95K plus 40K commission, for total compensation of 120K-135K. Benefits include full medical, 401K, and car allowance or mileage reimbursement. Travel across the territory is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience in dental or medical fields preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the territory.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations leading to sales.

Requirements

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and expand client databases.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements in the dental industry.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to persuade and influence others.
• Capability to develop and deliver presentations, leading to closed sales.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
• Proficiency with computer applications, including MS Office suite and CRM platforms.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
