Job summary

DaBella is seeking driven sales professionals to capitalize on warm leads and close home-improvement solutions. You will own your income with uncapped bonuses, pursue rapid growth through structured training programs, and receive ongoing mentorship from senior leadership to help you succeed beyond the current role.

Initial training pays $1,750, with first-year earnings expected between $70,000 and $90,000, and top performers earning $150k+ annually.

Qualifications

• Availability Monday through Saturday.
• Valid driver’s license, personal auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel within designated sales territory.
• Working cell phone with data plan.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus (not required)

The Role-

• WARM LEADS – all of them, no calling, no door knocking, closing sales only!
• Uncover customer needs and wants, pitch home-improvement solutions same day
• Total ownership of your income with uncapped bonus opportunities
• Rapid career growth plans through our esteemed Sales Manager and General Manager in Training programs
• Ongoing mentorship from leadership – unlock tools to be successful in more than just your current role.

The Pay-

• Earn while you learn: $1,750 during the training period.
• Expected first-year earnings of $70,000-$90,000
• Top performers earn $150k+ annually
• Unparalleled and unlimited income potential – expect rewards that match your dedication.
• $3,000 sign-on bonus, paid out over 12 weeks . This will be paid out $250 weekly upon completion of new hire training. The full bonus is fully dependent upon completing the initial 12 weeks of selling after training.
