Job summary

DaBella is seeking sales reps to capitalize on momentum with warm leads, no door knocking, and uncapped earnings. Training pays $1,750 during the training period, with first-year earnings of $70,000–$90,000 and top performers earning $150k+ annually.

There is a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 weeks, contingent on completing the initial training. The role emphasizes growth, leadership mentorship, and nationwide relocation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Availability Monday through Saturday.
• Valid driver’s license, personal auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel within designated sales territory.
• Working cell phone with data plan.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus (not required)

The Role-

The Pay-

• Earn while you learn: $1,750 during the training period.
• Expected first-year earnings of $70,000-$90,000
• Top performers earn $150k+ annually
• Unparalleled and unlimited income potential – expect rewards that match your dedication.
• $3,000 sign-on bonus, paid out over 12 weeks . This will be paid out $250 weekly upon completion of new hire training. The full bonus is fully dependent upon completing the initial 12 weeks of selling after training.
