Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking a Front Desk/Sales Associate in Roswell, GA to be the first contact for prospective and current members. You’ll act as a brand ambassador for Club Pilates and Aligned Fitness Holdings, driving membership sales and supporting retention while welcoming the studio community.

This role blends sales, customer service, and operations. You’ll build relationships, schedule intro classes, manage member requests in ClubReady, and help maintain a clean, organized, and energetic

The Front Desk/Sales Associcate serves as the first point of contact for prospective and current members and plays a critical role in creating an exceptional studio experience. As a brand ambassador for Club Pilates and Aligned Fitness Holdings, this individual is responsible for building relationships, driving membership sales, supporting member retention, and fostering a welcoming studio community.

This role combines sales, customer service, and operational support responsibilities, requiring a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities

Membership Sales & Business Development

• Generate new membership sales through proactive outreach, lead follow-up, and relationship-building efforts.
• Conduct consultations with prospective members to understand their fitness goals and recommend appropriate membership options.
• Schedule and promote Intro Classes to convert prospects into active members.
• Meet or exceed individual and studio sales goals and key performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities, communications, and member interactions within ClubReady.

Member Experience & Customer Service

• Deliver exceptional service by warmly greeting members and guests and creating a positive, professional studio atmosphere.
• Build strong relationships with members to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, text messages, and walk-in inquiries.
• Resolve member concerns or escape issues appropriately to studio leadership.

Studio Operations

• Support daily studio operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Process member account requests, including freezes, cancellations, and account updates in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with all Club Pilates and Aligned Fitness Holdings policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Assist with opening and closing studio procedures as assigned.
• Serve as the acting studio leader in the absence of the General Manager when designated.

Community Outreach & Brand Awareness

• Represent the studio at local networking events, community activities, partnerships, and promotional initiatives.
• Support grassroots marketing efforts designed to increase brand awareness and generate new leads.
• Act as a positive ambassador for Club Pilates and Aligned Fitness Holdings within the local community.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse individuals.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with email, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Preferred

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, fitness, or wellness industries.
• Experience working toward sales goals, quotas, or performance metrics.
• Familiarity with ClubReady or similar customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move throughout the studio for extended periods.
