Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking a Front Desk/Sales Associate to be the first point of contact for prospective and current members in Buford, GA. The role blends sales, customer service, and operations to create a welcoming studio experience and drive member growth.

You will greet members, handle inquiries, schedule intro classes, and help with account requests while representing the brand in the local community and ensuring a clean, organized studio environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate new membership sales through proactive outreach, lead follow-up, and relationship-building efforts.
• Conduct consultations with prospective members to understand their fitness goals and recommend appropriate membership options.
• Schedule and promote Intro Classes to convert prospects into active members.
• Meet or exceed individual and studio sales goals and key performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities, communications, and member interactions within ClubReady.
• Deliver exceptional service by warmly greeting members and guests and creating a positive, professional studio atmosphere.
• Build strong relationships with members to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, text messages, and walk-in inquiries.
• Resolve member concerns or escape issues appropriately to studio leadership.
• Support daily studio operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Process member account requests, including freezes, cancellations, and account updates in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with all Club Pilates and Aligned Fitness Holdings policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Assist with opening and closing studio procedures as assigned.
• Serve as the acting studio leader in the absence of the General Manager when designated.
• Represent the studio at local networking events, community activities, partnerships, and promotional initiatives.
• Support grassroots marketing efforts designed to increase brand awareness and generate new leads.
• Act as a positive ambassador for Club Pilates and Aligned Fitness Holdings within the local community.

Key Responsibilities

Membership Sales & Business Development
