Job summary

Midway Ford in Roseville, Minnesota is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Professional for our family-owned dealership. Interviews are confidential.

We offer a 40% commission pay plan and one weekend off every month, plus medical and dental, 401(k) and paid vacation. You will build lasting customer relationships, know Ford product offerings, and become a Ford-certified Product Specialist while delivering high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Enthusiastic and exceptional communication skills.
• Professional, well groomed personal appearance.
• Ability to use computers and up to date technology.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Build long term customer relationships while assisting in vehicle selection by asking questions and strong listening skills.
• Be a professional and expert - know product offerings, package options, latest technology.
• Become a Ford-certified Product Specialist.
• Build rapport with customers.
• Maintain a Customer Satisfaction Score of 95 or higher.
• Complete daily planners, follow up internet leads and unsold prospects.
• Report directly to Sales Management Team regarding daily responsibilities.
