Job summary

Top Turf LLC / Coastal Synthetic Turf is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing Orlando team. You will meet with residential and commercial leads, understand client needs, and present turf solutions to close deals.

This role offers a base salary plus commissions. A bilingual English/Spanish ability and valid U.S. work authorization are required, with local travel to appointments. We pride ourselves on rapid project starts and a strong local presence in the Orlando area.

Qualifications

• Residential and/or commercial sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

• Ability to travel locally to customer appointments.

What You'll Do

• Meet with qualified leads at residential and commercial properties
• Understand each customer's needs and recommend the right artificial turf solution
• Prepare and present proposals
• Follow up with prospective customers and close sales
• Build strong customer relationships and provide an excellent experience from initial consultation through the sale

What We're Looking For

• Residential and/or commercial sales experience preferred
• Experience in artificial turf, landscaping, construction, home improvement, or a related industry is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
• Valid U.S. work authorization is required
• Ability to travel locally to customer appointments
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

Compensation

- Base salary plus sales commissions.
