Job summary

Sleep Number is seeking enthusiastic Sales Representatives to directly impact our purpose by helping customers discover Sleep Number products that fit their needs. You will deliver personalized experiences, explain product benefits, and work to exceed sales goals while maintaining a polished showroom and strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in retail or customer-facing roles, strong communication skills, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
• Goal-oriented and customer-focused attitude, with a drive to exceed goals.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• 1-2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in consultative or relationship-based sales preferred.

What You Bring

• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• 1-2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Experience in consultative or relationship-based sales, ideally in a commission-driven environment.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, point-of-sale technology, and interactive sales tools (e.g., iPads, apps).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with a team.

What You’ll Get

Most team members earn a salary of $47,000-$66,000 annually; actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed.

Guaranteed base pay of $16/hour, along with uncapped commission and bonus potential. Non-draw commission structure.
