Job summary

Sleep Number is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative in Texas to identify customers’ sleep needs and pair them with Sleep Number products. You’ll explain benefits, promote current offers, and create a personalized shopping experience that drives satisfaction and sales.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail or customer-facing roles, strong communication, and comfort with CRM and POS tools. This on-site role offers uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: experience in consultative or relationship-based sales, ideally in a commission-driven environment.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, point-of-sale technology, and interactive sales tools (e.g., iPads, apps).

The Opportunity – What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• 1-2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Experience in consultative or relationship-based sales, ideally in a commission-driven environment.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, point-of-sale technology, and interactive sales tools (e.g., iPads, apps).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with a team.

What You’ll Get

Most team members earn a salary of $47,000-$66,000 annually; actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed.

Guaranteed base pay of $16/hour, along with uncapped commission and bonus potential. Non-draw commission structure.
