Job summary

Sleep Number Retail Corporation is seeking Sales Representatives to match customers with Sleep Number products, explain benefits, and deliver a personalized store experience.

You’ll nurture leads, maintain a polished showroom, and participate in training to sharpen skills while working flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Base pay + uncapped commissions and benefits are offered in a supportive, brand-driven environment.

What You Bring

• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
• Goal-oriented and customer-focused attitude, with a drive to exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Experience in consultative or relationship-based sales, ideally in a commission-driven environment.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, point-of-sale technology, and interactive sales tools (e.g., iPads, apps).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with a team.

What You’ll Get

Most team members earn a salary of $49,000–$63,000 annually; actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed.

• Guaranteed base pay of $16.00/hour, along with uncapped commission and bonus potential.
