Legend Senior Living in Ocala, FL is seeking a Sales Representative to join our sales team. You will drive admissions by conducting tours for prospective residents and their families and guiding them through the sales process.

Ideal candidates have prior sales experience, a willingness to engage with community partners, and the ability to balance outreach events with daily follow-up. Evening and weekend availability may be required. We offer a supportive environment and competitive benefits.

• Prefer: college degree in business, marketing, or relevant field of study.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and follow-up contact and residence tours for potential residents and families.
• Develop outreach programs to raise community awareness of the residence.
• Plan and execute lead events and maintain occupancy goals.
• Assist with the 'Ready for Company' standard and the 100 Hours/100 Days program.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS--

We are looking for an outstanding individual to join the sales team as a Sales Representative. You will make sales for resident care services, including engaging in community outreach, conducting tours for prospective residents and executing the sales process. You will make a difference in the lives of families by walking alongside them as they select a new home for their loved one.

Responsibilities--

• Performing initial contact, follow-up contact and residence tours for potential customers and/or family members


• Assuring community awareness of the residence through design, implementation, and maintenance of outreach programs for referral sources and community organizations


• Developing and executing lead events according to approved event schedule


• Maintaining budgeted occupancy goals and documenting all sales activity


• Assists with the “Ready for Company” standard and coordinating the 100 Hours/100 Days program
