Legend Senior Living is seeking an outstanding Sales Representative to drive admissions for resident care services. The role includes engaging with families, conducting tours for prospective residents, and guiding the sales process from first contact to closing.

You will contribute through community outreach, lead generation events, and collaboration with the sales team to meet occupancy goals, while supporting readiness programs like 100 Hours/100 Days.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales or sales support preferred.
• Degree in business/marketing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial contact, follow-up, and residence tours for potential residents or family members.
• Raise community awareness through outreach programs to referrals and organizations.
• Develop and execute lead events per the approved schedule.
• Maintain occupancy goals and document sales activity.
• Assist with Ready for Company and 100 Hours/100 Days programs.

Job Highlights

We are looking for an outstanding individual to join the sales team as a Sales Representative. You will make sales for resident care services, including engaging in community outreach, conducting tours for prospective residents and executing the sales process. You will make a difference in the lives of families by walking alongside them as they select a new home for their loved one.

Responsibilities

• Performing initial contact, follow‑up contact and residence tours for potential customers and/or family members
• Assuring community awareness of the residence through design, implementation, and maintenance of outreach programs for referral sources and community organizations
• Developing and executing lead events according to approved event schedule
• Maintaining budgeted occupancy goals and documenting all sales activity
• Assists with the “Ready for Company” standard and coordinating the 100 Hours/100 Days program
