Job description

Diaza is seeking part-time Sales Representatives who have a deep understanding of the soccer market in the United States. Ideal candidates are knowledgeable about the various leagues within U.S. soccer and passionate about the game. This role will involve engaging directly with team owners, investors, and CEOs to expand our client base and create lasting partnerships.

This role is a COMMISSION-BASED ROLE, with the chance of landing a full-time salary role based on performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with teams, clubs, and academies.
  • Schedule and participate in meetings with soccer club owners, investors, and C-level executives to present Diaza’s offerings.
  • Actively seek out new partnership opportunities within the U.S. soccer market.
  • Conduct product presentations tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to qualify for potential full-time/salary-based roles.

Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding and passion for soccer, especially the U.S. market.
  • Basic familiarity with U.S. soccer leagues (MLS, USL, NPSL, UPSL, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills and confidence to engage with high-level executives.
  • Highly competitive and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.

Type: In-Person, Part-Time, Commission-Based.
Location: New York, NY.
Flexibility: Choose your workdays, with a minimum of two days per week required in-office.
Potential: for full-time/salary-based roles based on performance.
Performance: based bonuses.
