Job summary

Orkin is hiring in Monroeville, PA for an Orkin Sales Inspector. If you’re great at connecting with people and closing deals, this role offers a clear path to a high-earning sales career backed by a trusted pest-control brand.

As part of the team, you’ll conduct full-home inspections, build trust, present treatment options, manage appointments, and drive self-generated opportunities. A paid training program and benefits support your growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or account management.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity and wear PPE as required.

Minimum Requirements

• Sales, Account Management, Home Inspection, or Project Management experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
