Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Sales Inspector in the United States. You’ll inspect homes, explain findings, and close sales for pest-control solutions backed by a trusted 120-year brand. You’ll receive paid training and a company vehicle, with uncapped commissions and a strong focus on customer protection.

Expect to manage appointments and documentation on an iPad, work independently, and build lasting client relationships while earning 80k–100k during the first year on a base-plus-commission model.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a related field is preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirator when required

Minimum Requirements

• Sales, Account Management, Home Inspection, or Project Management experience required.
