Job summary

Texascartitleandpaydayloanservicesinc is seeking a customer-facing, performance-driven team member in Mineral Wells, TX. You will handle inbound and outbound conversations, guiding customers through financial solutions and asking the right questions to close deals.

Applicants should be able to work 40 hours weekly (including Saturdays), speak English (Spanish a plus), and be comfortable with a fast-paced, coaching-focused environment offering structured training and a bonus program.

Qualifications

• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings
• Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver’s License
• Fluent in English and Spanish a plus

Job Scope

This is a customer-facing, performance-driven role where you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions.

You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions—including conversations about money.

This role requires someone who is comfortable:

• asking direct questions
• handling hesitation or rejection
• making outbound calls
• staying engaged in conversations that may feel uncomfortable at times
