Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector to convert leads into long-term protection solutions for homeowners. You’ll inspect homes, explain findings, and recommend the best treatment options while building trust with customers. Earn between $80,000 and $100,000 in your first year with base pay plus commission.

This role includes a company vehicle, paid training, and a robust benefits package. You will work independently, manage your schedule, and contribute to a growing, customer-first team.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required


• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)


• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity


• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.


• Safely access crawlspaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.


• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.
