Job summary

Orkin is seeking an energetic Sales Inspector to inspect homes from attic to crawl space, explain findings, and close deals. You’ll leverage strong people skills to earn substantial commissions while handling appointments and on-site duties with a company-provided iPad.

Top earners average $80k–$100k in their first year, with uncapped commission and a supportive, training-forward culture. A company vehicle, paid training, and comprehensive benefits complete the package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to carry up to 50 lbs and use a ladder safely.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops.
