Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector to connect with homeowners, perform full-home inspections, and close deals with uncapped commissions. You’ll explain findings clearly and present the best treatment options, earning a strong first-year income through base pay plus commission.

You’ll work independently, using a company-provided iPad, with award-winning training and clear opportunities for career development and advancement within a trusted brand.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Sales, Account Management, Home Inspection, or Project Management experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
