Position Overview

As a Kitchen & Bath Sales Representative, you will guide clients through the selection process, combining sales expertise with design‑oriented guidance to help them transform their spaces while achieving strong sales results.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers by providing expert guidance on kitchen and bathroom remodeling products.
• Build relationships with homeowners, designers, contractors, and architects to drive sales.
• Assist clients in selecting products aligned with their design vision and project needs.
• Prepare accurate estimates and recommendations based on space planning and style preferences.
• Process sales transactions and follow‑up on customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and innovations to provide top-level service.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in home remodeling, construction, interior design, or showroom sales.
• Experience in kitchen and bath design, remodeling, architecture, or related sales is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
