Job summary

Refloor is seeking motivated sales professionals in the United States to meet with homeowners, explain flooring options, and close sales using warm, company-provided leads.

You’ll receive a four-week hands-on training program, ongoing coaching, and a commission-based pay structure with bonuses. A flexible, appointment-based schedule includes weekday evenings and Saturdays.
