Job summary

LeafGuard is hiring a Sales Representative to join our energetic team in the United States. You will work with pre-set warm leads, while also self-generating opportunities for extra commission. Training is provided, and most reps earn a strong commission, with weekly pay and full benefits.

We value a motivated, customer-focused attitude and prefer candidates who are reliable, energetic, and able to attend in-person trainings and meetings. Vehicle and license required to perform the role.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and driven; no strict sales experience required.
• Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Committed to delivering a positive customer experience and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set warm leads, with no cold calling or door-to-door knocking.
• Self-generate leads for extra commission.
• High earning potential via commission; typical reps earn substantial income.
• Paid training (3 weeks) with a state-of-the-art program.
• Weekly pay via direct deposit.
