Job summary

LeafGuard is hiring a Sales Representative in a role focused on converting warm leads and building a customer-focused sales approach. You will be part of a team recognized on the Qualified Remodelers Top 500 List and can earn substantial commissions based on performance.

No prior sales experience is required; you should be self-motivated, driven, detail oriented, and dedicated to delivering excellent customer service. Training is provided and weekly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• Energetic, friendly and collaborative demeanor is essential.
• In-person attendance at all training and sales meetings is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set warm leads, with no cold calling and no door-to-door knocking.
• Self-generate leads for extra commission.
• Achieve high earnings through commission; earning potential is strong.
• Complete paid training program to build skills.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and company events.
