Job summary

Champion Window in Madison, Wisconsin is hiring a Sunroom & Window Sales Representative to present in-home proposals, educate customers, and close sales. No experience is required as comprehensive paid training is provided and leads are supplied to support success.

You can expect uncapped earnings potential, including a first-year target of substantial income, with a strong focus on customer needs and product benefits. This role offers growth within a national window and home improvement company.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; higher degree is a plus.
• Driver's license and clean driving record.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations and educate customers.
• Identify customer needs and present Champion’s solutions.
• Negotiate and close sales.
• Attend daily sales meetings and coaching sessions.
