Job Overview

Multi brand accessories showroom is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective business development strategies and territory management. The ideal candidate will possess strong organization and communication skills, a passion for the fashion industry, know how to use a CRM system and the ability to manage relationships with clients in a B2B environment. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, enhancing our ability to serve diverse clientele.

Duties
  1. Build and manage both new and existing sales channels, including reorders.
  2. Handle the full sales process while cultivating long-term client relationships.
  3. Manage and grow assigned territory through proactive outreach and relationship building.
  4. Conduct inside sales activities, including cold calling, prospecting, and follow-ups.
  5. Identify new business opportunities and engage potential clients through direct sales efforts.
  6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  7. Collaborate and assist in other business areas as needed.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position our offerings.
  10. Attend and conduct sales activities at trade shows in cities like NY, Atlanta, Las Vegas, Miami and possibly Europe.
Requirements
  1. Industry Experience: Wholesale or basic knowledge of the fashion sector, with retail or internship experience valued.
  2. Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  3. Personality: Friendly, people-oriented, and an effective communicator.
  4. Work Ethic: Self-motivated, quick learner, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
  5. Technical Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is not necessary but highly desirable. Proficiency in tools like Excel, Word, Outlook and CRMs.

Compensation

Receive commissions on orders from your accounts alongside your base salary. Annual commission earnings are expected to surpass the base salary.
