Job summary

Shamrock Roofing & Construction in the Kansas City metro area seeks a full‑time, in‑office Sales Associate to respond to warm leads, book inspections, and upsell roofing services. You will manage communications via phone, text, and email, while keeping CRM records up to date.

Expect monthly targets and a collaborative team environment. This role requires strong phone presence, a customer‑facing mindset, and the ability to work Monday–Friday in Overland Park, KS.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in sales or a fast-paced customer-facing role.
• Confident, warm on the phone, competitive and coachable.
• Comfortable on a computer and with a CRM.
• Based in the Kansas City metro and able to work in our Overland Park office Monday–Friday.

About Shamrock Shamrock Roofing & Construction is a family-owned company operating since 1977, now one of the 40 largest roofing contractors in America (ranked #39 in 2025), with offices across 8 states. This is a full-time, in-office role at our Kansas City-area headquarters in Overland Park, KS.

The opportunity We hand you warm, storm-driven leads. No cold calling. You call, text, and email homeowners who already raised their hand, book inspections for our field teams, and upsell along the way. Base pay plus uncapped commission means your effort shows up directly in your paycheck.

What you’ll do

• Respond fast to warm inbound leads by phone, text, and email, and make outbound follow-up calls
• Qualify homeowners and book inspections for our Sales Project Managers
• Upsell and convert leads into new roofs
• Keep the CRM clean and document every call (we use Google Workspace)
• Hit weekly activity and appointment-set goals

What you’ll bring

• 1+ year in sales or a fast-paced customer-facing role (roofing experience welcome, not required — we train)
• Confident and warm on the phone, competitive, and coachable
• Comfortable on a computer and with a CRM
• Based in the Kansas City metro and able to work in our Overland Park office Monday–Friday
• $40,000–$45,000 base + uncapped commission (~$70K+ OTE)
• Full-time, in-office, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (plus a one-hour lunch)
• Medical, Dental, and Vision after 30 days (effective the first of the following month)
• 90-day probationary period
