Job summary

Shamrock Roofing & Construction is seeking a proven closer for our Kansas City-area headquarters in Overland Park, KS. This full-time, in-office role handles warm inbound opportunities, from first call to booked inspection, with no ceiling on earnings.

You will qualify homeowners, book inspections for Sales Project Managers, upsell, maintain CRM, and hit weekly goals. Base salary $40,000–$45,000 with uncapped commission and ~70K+ OTE; medical, dental, and vision after 30 days; 90-day probation.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience (any industry).
• Proven track record of hitting goals.
• Closer mindset: confident on the phone, competitive, coachable.
• Based in the Kansas City metro and able to work in our Overland Park office.

The opportunity

You’re a closer who wants a steady stream of warm inbound opportunities and no ceiling on what you earn. We supply the leads, storm and insurance-driven, non-discretionary demand. You own the conversation from first call to booked inspection, upsell where it fits, and grow into a top earner and team lead.

What you'll do

• Work warm inbound leads by phone, text, and email, plus outbound follow-up
• Qualify homeowners and book inspections for our Sales Project Managers
• Upsell and convert leads into new roofs
• Keep the CRM clean and document every call (we use Google Workspace)
• Hit weekly activity and appointment-set goals

What you'll bring

• 1-2 years of sales experience (any industry); a track record of hitting goals is a plus
• A real closer’s mindset: confident on the phone, competitive, coachable
• Comfortable on a computer and with a CRM
• Based in the Kansas City metro and able to work in our Overland Park office Monday-Friday
• $40,000-$45,000 base + uncapped commission (~$70K+ OTE), with a clear path to top earner and team lead
• Full-time, in-office, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (plus a one-hour lunch)
• Medical, Dental, and Vision after 30 days (effective the first of the following month)
• 90-day probationary period
