Job summary

Shamrock Roofing & Construction is seeking an in-office Sales Associate at our Kansas City-area headquarters in Overland Park, KS. You will answer and make homeowner calls, qualify leads, and book inspections for our Sales Project Managers.

No roofing experience required; we provide warm leads and training. Base pay $40,000–$45,000 with uncapped commission, aiming for $70K+ OTE, with full-time hours Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, in-office. Benefits after 30 days and 90-day probation.

Qualifications

• Experience not required; willingness to learn and excel is fine.
• Excellent phone demeanor and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to learn CRM and basic computer programs quickly.

Responsibilities

• Answer and make calls to homeowners who reached out by phone, text, or email.
• Qualify homeowners and book inspections for Sales Project Managers.
• Upsell and convert interest into new roofs.
• Keep the CRM clean and document every call in Google Workspace.
• Hit weekly activity and appointment-set goals.

The opportunity

If you've upsold at a restaurant, crushed it in retail, or run circles around a call center and you're ready for a real career with real money, this is your on-ramp. No roofing or B2B experience needed. We hand you warm leads and we train you to win. Base pay plus uncapped commission, so what you earn is up to you.

What you'll do

• Answer and make calls to homeowners who already reached out, by phone, text, and email
• Qualify homeowners and book inspections for our Sales Project Managers
• Upsell and turn interest into new roofs
• Keep the CRM clean and document every call (we use Google Workspace)
• Hit weekly activity and appointment-set goals

What you'll bring

• No sales experience required — if you've sold, upsold, or delivered great service anywhere (restaurants, retail, call center, hospitality), you can thrive here
• Great on the phone, positive, competitive, and coachable
• Comfortable learning computer programs and a CRM
• Based in the Kansas City metro and able to work in our Overland Park office Monday-Friday
• $40,000-$45,000 base + uncapped commission (~$70K+ OTE)
• Full-time, in-office, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (plus a one-hour lunch)
• Medical, Dental, and Vision after 30 days (effective the first of the following month)
• 90-day probationary period
