Champion Window & Home Exteriors in Johnson City, TN seeks an experienced Sunroom and Window Sales Representative to present, educate, and close home improvement projects. Leads are provided and you will work in a dynamic in-home selling environment.

This W-2 sales role offers paid training, daily coaching, and uncapped earning potential from commissions, with benefits including health and 401(k).

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
• Driver's license and clean driving record.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers.
• Identify customer needs and use Champion’s proven sales presentation.
• Negotiate and close the sale.
• Participate in daily sales meetings and coaching sessions.

Champion is seeking experienced sales consultants in the home improvement industry for Sunroom Sales Rep! No experience required for Window Sales Rep.

• Unlimited earning potential – $100,000 - $200,000 plus potential first year out
