Job summary

Champion Window - Sunroom & Window Sales Representative is seeking experienced sales consultants for in-home presentations with provided leads. No cold calling; paid training and ongoing coaching are included as part of a supported pay plan.

Top performers can reach substantial earnings in the first year through a proven sales process, with pre-qualified appointments and a strong benefits package including health, dental, and 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers
• Identify customer needs and utilize Champion’s proven sales presentation to fit solutions
• Negotiate and close the sale, aiming for high conversion of qualified leads
• Attend daily sales training and coaching sessions to improve performance

Champion is seeking experienced sales consultants in the home improvement industry for Sunroom Sales Rep! No experience required for Window Sales Rep.

Qualifications
