Job summary

Janney Roofing in Jacksonville, FL is hiring full-time Business Development Representatives to grow our residential restoration client base. As the BDR, you’ll canvas neighborhoods, build genuine rapport with homeowners, and introduce them to our restoration solutions, scheduling appointments for our Closing Sales Representatives.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit for areas of coverage
• Ability to consistently walk through neighborhoods
• Willingness to travel locally within 2 hours of the branch

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods and build rapport with homeowners.
• Introduce homeowners to restoration solutions and schedule appointments for Closing Sales Representatives.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This is a full-time role with the following schedule:

• Winter: Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm and Saturday 10 am-3 pm
• Summer: Monday-Friday 11 am-7 pm and Saturday 9 am-2 pm

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As our Business Development Representative, you'll spend your day canvassing neighborhoods, building genuine rapport with homeowners, and introducing them to the restoration solutions Janney Roofing provides. You'll schedule appointments for our Closing Sales Representatives, serving as the friendly first impression that sets the tone for the customer experience.
