Job summary

Presidential Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager/Sales Representative/Outside Sales to drive growth in exterior restoration projects and build a strong book of business.

You will receive uncapped commissions, a tiered bonus structure, unlimited PTO, and comprehensive training. A sales manager will work with you daily to guide homeowners through insurance claims and coordinate with estimating and production teams to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete damage inspections and guide homeowners through the insurance claims process.
• Coordinate with the estimating and production team to ensure completion of the work (excluding ordering & delivery of materials/permits, coordinating with subs, estimating/supplementing).
• Build and manage your book of business through canvassing, self-generation, and company-provided leads.
• Sales manager will be with you daily to support your clientele and ensure your success.
• This is a performance-based role with a tiered commission structure and potential six-figure earnings.

Prior construction and canvassing experience is a plus. A self-motivated mindset is a must!

What We Provide And What The Position Includes

• Uncapped commissions, your input is your output

• You will have a sales manager with you daily to support your clientele as well as ensure your success, or as needed
• Ability to effectively build and manage your book of business through canvassing, self-generation, and company-provided leads

Compensation

• Performance-based role with a 6-month guaranteed draw while you ramp up
• This position pays you based on your results
• A tiered commission structure that increases as you hit your goals

• THIS IS NOT 9-5. Your time is managed by you. You must efficiently manage your time based on our training. If you work hard from March to November, you can easily make six figures and not need to work until the next March!***Daily trips to our office and office hours will NOT be required once training is completed**
